Voxel Destruction 2 — Device Requirements

Content subject to update as VOXEL DESTRUCT 2 develops.

Recommended PC Requirements

Roblox does not publish official per-experience specs, but VD2 far exceeds average platform games in GPU and CPU load.

Integrated graphics can launch VD2 but struggle during any medium demolition. Discrete GPUs significantly improve early access experience.

  • OS — Windows 10/11 64-bit, macOS 12+, or Linux with Roblox support
  • CPU — Recent Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 (6 cores preferred) or better
  • Memory — 8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended
  • Graphics — GTX 1060 / RX 580 or equivalent; RTX 20-series+ for smooth massive destruction
  • Storage — SSD recommended for Roblox load times
  • Connection — Stable 10 Mbps minimum, Ethernet preferred

Mobile and Tablet

Recent mid-range devices (iPhone 12+, Snapdragon 7xx/8xx) handle light sessions. Intense destruction belongs on flagships.

Tablets with active cooling or larger heat sinks sustain longer sessions than thin phones.

  • iOS — iPhone 11 minimum, iPhone 13+ recommended
  • Android — 6 GB RAM, mid-range SoC from 2021+
  • Mobile Controls — adapt touch gameplay
  • Fix Lag — required on mobile for long sessions

Console and VR

Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5 offer stable experience at reduced quality. VR requires a dedicated high-end PC, not standalone Quest alone for Roblox PC VR.

  • Console and VR — bindings and specifics
  • VR headset — Roblox PC VR compatible with RTX 2070+ GPU recommended

How to Test Your Device

Launch VD2, perform small then medium destruction. Monitor FPS via Roblox counter (Shift+F5 on PC). If you drop below 25 FPS during light destruction, adjust graphics before investing more playtime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I play on a budget laptop?
Yes at minimum quality and limited destruction. Expect short sessions and overheating.
Is Chromebook compatible?
Via Android Roblox app on supported Chromebooks, with very limited VD2 performance.
How much mobile data does VD2 use?
Varies by duration and intensity; plan 100–300 MB per hour during active destruction.
Is an SSD really necessary?
Not mandatory, but it reduces load times for large voxel assets.
