Voxel Destruction 2 — Roblox Graphics Settings
Content subject to update as VOXEL DESTRUCT 2 develops.
Accessing Settings
In-game, open the Roblox menu (Esc or Roblox button), then Settings > Graphics. Changes apply immediately — test by destroying a small structure after each adjustment.
Manual mode is preferred over automatic for VD2 because Roblox auto-detection underestimates voxel physics load.
Low-End Preset (FPS Priority)
- Graphics mode — Manual, slider at 4 or lower
- Shadows — Off
- Texture quality — Low
- Anti-aliasing — Off or minimal
- Render distance — Reduced if available
- Fix Lag — complement with system tips
Mid-Range Preset (Balance)
- Graphics slider — 6–8
- Shadows — Soft or on only if FPS stable above 45
- V-Sync — Off on PC to reduce input latency
- Fullscreen — On for desktop client
High-End Preset (Visual Quality)
On RTX 3060+ or equivalent, you can push the slider to 9–10 for sharp voxel detail. Still watch for drops during collapses — load comes mainly from physics engine, not rendering alone.
- Protect Performance — even powerful PCs can saturate the engine
- Performance Calculator — validate your headroom

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Roblox automatic mode work for VD2?
Often no — it underestimates voxel engine load. Manual tuning is preferable.
Does lowering Windows resolution help?
Yes, playing at 1080p instead of 1440p/4K significantly improves FPS on modest GPUs.
Do Roblox shaders affect VD2?
Post-processing effects consume GPU. Disable them first if you lag.
Should I cap FPS?
Capping at 60 FPS can reduce laptop overheating. Use vendor GPU tools if needed.
