Voxel Destruction Physics — Modding Guide (VDP Only)
Content subject to update as VOXEL DESTRUCT 2 develops.
VDP Modding vs VD2 Early Access
Voxel Destruction Physics advertises modding support with community tutorials for importing custom maps, weapons, and sandbox toys. VOXEL DESTRUCT 2 is an engine-first paid early access title — mod pipelines are not a launch priority.
This page documents VDP modding so VD2 buyers understand what the free sibling offers today. It does not describe official VD2 mod tools.

What VDP Modders Build
- Custom destructible maps and arenas beyond default sandbox layouts.
- Weapon variants and admin-event scripts on private servers.
- Community challenge maps shared via Roblox group and social channels.
- Integration experiments with voxel modules like VoxelDestruct for Studio creators.
Private Server Admin as “Mod Lite”
Even without file modding, VDP private server owners get temporary admin — spawning nukes, zombie events, and meme weapons via chat codes. That flexibility keeps VDP the content-rich choice while VD2 hardens core physics.

Will VD2 Get Modding?
No public mod SDK announcement exists. Roadmap synthesis places build/rebuild tools before a full mod marketplace. Track whatever_dev() group posts and our changelog for the first official tooling mention.
